Aikoscence's official place
Aikoscence in a 360 opengl lightning tour
In this video, i created a 360 camera rotation (with zoom in/out) around Aikoscence to show how a lightning effect can be beautiful in a simply way.
The whole render was done in a couple of seconds because only the video card worked : it is a opengl render, not a final cpu render.
Most part of my time was spent to build the video footage using h264 codec and Adobe Premiere.

Shining Aikoscence with Cherry and Marcetta

ude, it was a long time since i've not be here and produce some words !
Today i'm in Week-end (samedi) and by the i quit my last job (if i wouldn't do that, i will be fired...). So it is free time with no end!
i'd like to present you a new test, a new look for Aikoscence and i'm kinda sure you're love her in that way : a new hair and a new dress. Trust me, even if i'm no unemployed, the money used for my purchase at Renderosity is good spent ! The end result is pretty good...
For the records, i use this items :
- Body Language 9 MODELS for A3
- Cherry for A3
- Marcetta Hair for A3

OpenGL render versus CPU render ?
I'm boring of waiting in front of my computer to get my high resolution render. Whenever the computer gets better and better each decade, that did not increase (gain) the time to render the 3D graphics.
Why ? Because the graphics resolutions increases too more, and more each four years. When i was a kid, i'm working with Deluxe Paint on a Commodore Amiga computer. Basic resolution was only 320x200. Today, to satisfy me and many people (except cinema industry of course), you need to render your work in 1080p : 1920x1080 pixels at least. And i don't speak about printing resolutions, dpi stuff yet ! Just speaking human's eyes and screen resolutions pleasure !
